Hunt is proud to have been selected to develop, construct and manage Dover Air Force Base family housing. Over the next four years, Hunt will rebuild the Dover AFB family housing while providing superior management and maintenance service to residents in all homes on base.
The Hunt development plan moves away from the typical expansive, homogenous housing tracts of the past, and embraces the characteristics of non-traditional planning. Uniqueness in each neighborhood and individual homes is expressed and promoted. New homes will include such features as ceramic tile, private entries, fenced back patios, storage areas, tech centers, and garages.
