Dover Family Housing understands the value of community to military families. Our neighborhoods are developed to include facilities that encourage community events and activities.
Community Center
The new 8,683 square foot Community Center complex with Housing Office and community Pool is located within the Eagle Heights community at the entrance to housing from Lebanon Road. The community center amenities include a weight and elliptical fitness room, game room and a 3 foot wading pool with beach entry. Family oriented events are held at the community center monthly or you can reserve the center for your own planned events.
Neighborhood Centers
These centers are smaller versions of the community center and include a spacious recreation/meeting facility and full sized kitchens. Neighborhood Centers are linked to property amenities such as basketball courts, swimming pools, tot lots, recreational fields, and kid-friendly landscaped spaces for social gatherings.
Group Picnic Areas
There are six group picnic areas--one of which is located behind the community center and one in each neighborhood park. Areas include two ADA picnic tables under a 16' x 34' shelter, one or two large grills, and trash receptacles.
